Returns Policy

Castle Printwear strive to provide quality products. Occasionally you may need to return a product to us due to size or defect. We will do our best to ensure this process is as easy as possible and the matter rectified quickly.

If your items are damaged, defective or incorrect…..

If you have received items that are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, please contact us.

We will rectify shortages or non-delivered items, replace or repair damaged or defective items, or arrange to refund you the amount you paid for such items - provided that you contact us with details of the problem by email to this must be done within 3 working days of delivery. If requested by us, you should return the items to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What to do if your item(s) do not fit:

If the items you have ordered are incorrect sizes (too small too big) - you can return them to us. Assuming they are in original condition and packaging and have not been labelled or washed. This should be done within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will issue you a replacement garments or a refund for these returns, subject to your preferences. You will need to cover the postage costs of these returns

Should you require different sizes, we ask that you to place a new order through our website as this will ensure the fastest delivery time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you wish to discuss sizes or alternatives.

Alternatives will be provided as soon as possible, subject to stock availability (we do hold good stock levels, but are sometimes reliant of our suppliers for supply of base items).

How to return your item(s)

Please return the garments enclosing the delivery note inside the package and advising the reason for return. Items should sent to Castle Printwear, Unit5 Brunel Quay, Station Road, Neyland Pembrokeshire SA73 1PY

You should ensure you include the delivery note with your goods, so we can identify who the return is from.

Please ensure you pack all items securely and where possible please use the original packaging.

Take your parcel to the Post Office and ensure you obtain a proof of posting receipt. Please Keep your proof of postage in a safe place to be produced to us, should we require it. To speed the process up, you can email a copy of the proof of postage, list of the items sent and order number to

We will notify you when we have received you return and replacing items or processing a refund. This may take up to 7 working days from our notification of receipt of the returned items returned. If you paid by credit / debit card, we will refund to the card used for the original purchase.
